Phoenix Dinner Event Will Address Drop Bids

Christopher R. Perry, Esq., of Perry & Shapiro will speak at a dinner event held on Tuesday, March 23rd from 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm at the Sierra Bonita Grill Restaurant in Phoenix.

Chris will address Drop Bids, which has become a major issue in Arizona. The practice, whereby a Trustee makes available the total credit bid, then drops the bid to a lower specified bid without notice on the day of the sale, is garnering much press, and likely, legislation. Chris will discuss the implications of the practice relative to best practices for trustees and also address what the future holds for drop bids.
