Public Hearing on Draft Nevada Regulations Scheduled

Nevada State Supreme Court Chief Justice James W. Hardesty has informed Rocky Finseth, UTA’s Nevada Lobbyist, that the regulations for AB 149 will be available in the next couple of days for public review. The court plans a public hearing in Carson City on June 16th at 4 pm and on June 26th in Las Vegas at 12:00 to review the proposed regulations.

Draft rules for AB 149 (seven pages) were issued for consideration of adoption by the Nevada Supreme Court.  Read the draft rules.
