San Diego and Los Angeles Dinner Events Set for June 18th and July 28th Respectively

The next UTA Dinner event will be held Thursday, June 18th from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley. Martin T. McGuinn of Kirby & McGuinn and Phillip M. Adleson, Esq. of Adleson, Hess & Kelly will speak on California Regulations, California Legislation and Litigation.” Marty and Phil will specifically address ABx2 7 in California and the regulations that have been adopted as a result of that law, Legislation that has been signed into law at the federal level and attorney TILA solicitations and litigation. The event will emphasize question and answers and allow members to discuss their experiences and practices.

UTA will also hold a dinner event in Granada Hills on Tuesday, July 28th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at The Odyssey Restaurant. Robert Finlay, Esq., of Wright, Finlay & Zak will also be speaking on California Regulations as a result of ABx2 7 / SB x2 7 in California as well as new laws in other Western States affecting trustees and new federal laws.
