Orange County Dinner Event Set for April 28th

The next UTA Dinner event will be held Tuesday, April 28th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana, California.  Ronald D. Roup, Esq., of Roup & Associates and UTA’s Legislative Committee Chair, will speak on “Current pending California legislation, loan modification legislation and litigation.”  Ron will specifically address ABx2 7 in California, loan modification legislation at the federal level and attorney TILA solicitations and litigation.  However, the event will emphasize question and answers and allow members to discuss their experiences and practices.

The dinner is sponsored by RSVP and will include raffle giveaways.
