UTA Announces 2009 Officers

Rande Johnsen, President of Trustee Corps, based in Irvine, California, has been elected President of the Association for the 2009 term by the Association’s Board of Directors.  Rande succeeds Gary Wisham, President of Allied Trustee Services based in Roseville, California, who served as UTA’s President for two terms, the maximum allowed consecutively under UTA’s Bylaws.  As an independent trustee, Rande represents many of the top mortgage companies, credit unions, law firms and investors throughout the United States. Deborah Brignac, Vice President and Site Manager of California Reconveyance Company (CRC), in-house trustee for Washington Mutual Bank, based in Chatsworth, California, was re-elected as Vice-President of the UTA for the 2009 term.  At CRC, Deborah is responsible for overseeing the operation.

Chris Rebhuhn, Chief Executive Officer of Regional Trustee Services Corporation and Vice President for Regional Technology Services, LLC, based in Seattle, Washington, has been elected as Chief Financial Officer of the Association for the 2009 term.  Chris succeeds Marsha Townsend, of ForeclosureLink, Inc, based in Fair Oaks, California, who served as UTA’s CFO for two terms, the maximum allowed consecutively under UTA’s Bylaws.  Chris has supervised every aspect of Regional Trustee Services Corporation during its development for the past 14 years.

Elizabeth Knight, President of PLM Lender Services, Inc., based in Campbell, California was re-elected as Secretary of the UTA for the 2009 term.  PLM is an independent trustee service which specializes in foreclosures, private investor loan servicing, loan documentation, bulk assignments, reconveyances and REO disposal.

Additionally, Phil Adleson of Adleson, Hess & Kelly based in Campbell, California declined to accept the new Affiliate Director term to which he was elected, and the Board appointed Margaret Padilla of Cal-Western Reconveyance Corp. to fill that seat.  Adleson remains Counsel for the Association.
