Publication Specialist 

Summary: Perform tasks related to Non-Judicial Foreclosures while maintaining support service to the Trustee Sale Officers and Publication Team

Requirements:

--Responsible for timeline compliance and problem resolution within the foreclosure unit
--Ordering title endorsements when necessary, as directed by the Trustee Sale Officer
--May be tasked with auditing as directed by the Trustee Sale Officer and maintain target dates as provided by the Supervisor
--Review and update client systems within agreed timeframes
--Maintain excellent customer service and support to clients, department staff, borrowers, vendors, attorneys and management
--Monitor and maintain worklists as they are assigned
--Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person;
--Monitor customer calls and emails received in a timely manner
--Respond to all internal and external requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner
--Ability to accept supervision
--Ability to get along with others in the work place
--Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor;
--Develop, implement, and analyze departmental reports to ensure maximum inefficiencies and adherence to all applicable regulations
--Monitor, evaluate, and implement improvements to processes
--Maintain compliance requirements in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws
--Must have the flexibility and willingness to occasionally work Company recognized holidays as requested by Supervisor;
--Assist in supporting other team members when necessary;
--Participate in various interdepartmental meetings and/or project teams representing the needs and requirements of the Foreclosure department
--Demonstrate the ability to work independently
--Responsible for preparation and auditing as defined by the team lead.
--This position will work closely with clients and vendors through integrated systems, therefore, must be able to demonstrate professionalism when communicating with clients and/or vendors.
--Position may be responsible for scheduling publication and posting orders with the appropriate vendors, which includes scheduling public auctions.

Required Education: High school or Equivalent

Required Experience: Non-Judicial Foreclosure -- 1+ Years, Previous foreclosure trustee experience with FHA, VA, USDA, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae preferred

Required Skills: Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Onenote)

Trustee Sale Assistant

Summary: Perform tasks related to Non-Judicial Foreclosures while maintaining support service to Trustee Sale Officers and its Sales Team

Requirements: 

--Responsible for timeline compliance and problem resolution within the foreclosure unit

--Ordering title endorsements when necessary, as directed by the Trustee Sale Officer

--May be tasked with auditing as directed by the Trustee Sale Officer and maintain target dates as provided by the Supervisor
